COLOUR | Intense ruby red colour, with violet notes.
SMELL | Fine aroma of toasted and smoked wood mixed with red fruits such as sweet cherries, strawberries and ripe plums, cassis, blueberries and blackberries.
PALATE | On the palate it is a combination of intense ripe red fruits, berries, cassis and elegant toast from its time in the aging of French barrels. Smooth and balanced tannins. With a long, complex and seductive finish.

SAVE | 24 months in barrels of French origin.
WINEMAKING | Harvest with bunches selected by hand in small gamelas to obtain the best fruit from the Vineyard and then be transformed into our icon wine. Cold treatment for 7 days at 10ºC, to extract color and aromas, then it is fermented at 26º-28º C where colored flavors and tannins are extracted. 14 days of post-fermentation and maceration to complete the process of extracting skin and seeds from the grape, then the wine is stored in new oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place and is kept for 24
months.
