WINEMAKING | Manual harvest of selected bunches in small bins, to get only the best of the terroir and then be transformed into our wine. It was kept cold for 5 days at 10º to extract color and aromas. Subsequently, a fermentation was carried out at temperatures of 26-28ºC in which pump-overs were carried out to extract flavors, color and tannins. 10 days of fermentation and maceration to complete the extraction of the grape skins and seeds. Later the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation and oak aging took place for 18 months.
